The antioxidant content of cacao and high fatty acid content of avocado make this sweet treat a great mood booster.
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 avocado, peeled, seeded and cut into chunks
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup
2 tsp ice water
- Place all ingredients in a small food processor with iced water and blend until it reaches a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Spoon in to serving glasses and chill for at ;east two hours before serving.
