Virgin Margarita
SERVES 1
Such an easy recipe and so hydrating and refreshing virgin-style. It’s also packed with vitamin C and antioxidants to boost your immune system, reduce inflammation, improve skin quality and overall health.
Ingredients
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, plus a slice for garnish
1/2 cup sparkling water
½ cup ice
Pinch of Himalayan salt, plus extra for salt rim
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, optional for extra flavour
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
¼ tsp chilli powder (optional)
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until combined and icy.
- Dip rim of glass or jar into water then salt.
- Pour margarita mix into glass and garnish with lime slice.
