Angel Pina Colada


Skip the alcohol and sugar and you’re left with a yummy cocktail booming with nutritious value. Did you know that coconut milk contains beneficial fat, called lauric acid? It's easily absorbed and used by the body for energy. To add, a single serving of pineapple has 130% of the daily requirement of vitamin C. 


1 cup coconut milk
1 cup fresh pineapple juice (I like to juice my own)
1 ½ cups Ice
A handful of fresh mint
Juice & zest of 1 lime
2 tsp maple syrup 


  1. Blend coconut milk, pineapple juice, ice, mint, lime juice and maple syrup until combined.
  2. Pour into your favourite cocktail glasses and top with lime zest and a slice of fresh pineapple.
