Aloha Smoothie

Menthol, mint’s active compound soothes tense muscles, relieves stress and relaxes the nerves. 

Ingredients

Flesh and water of one whole coconut
1 cup fresh pineapple pieces
¼ cup of fresh mint
Juice & zest of 1 lime
1 scoop of vanilla protein
1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey

Method 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to glass and serve.
